Adolescent Assailant Given Life Imprisonment Punishment with Lowest Sixteen-Year Duration

An 15-year-old boy has been judged to life imprisonment with a minimum term of 16 years for the homicide of another student the deceased during a lunch break.

The defendant pierced the victim, similarly 15 years old, in the chest with a weapon at the All Saints Catholic High School in the winter month.
